Hi, I’m Katie.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to understanding people — what drives us, what hurts us, and what helps us heal. Like many of the people I now work with, I spent years striving to be “enough” — achieving, perfecting, and performing to meet everyone’s expectations but my own.
Eventually, I realized that the life that looked perfect on the outside didn’t feel peaceful on the inside.
That moment of truth was the beginning of everything I now teach.
This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about remembering yourself.
Simply put, I know a thing or two about life transitions. I was a successful wedding and portrait photographer for almost two decades before pivoting to become a tour manager in the music industry (Old Crow Medicine Show + Grace Bowers + Marcus King). Those challenging yet rewarding careers taught me that we are allowed to thrive outside of the lines and make up our own rules as we go.
Today, I bring all of those experiences — the striving, the searching, and especially the healing — into my coaching practice to help women find their way home to themselves as they build a life they truly love.
I’m currently building a life I love in Atlanta with my cat, Tiger, and the house plants that I haven’t managed to kill yet.
I can’t wait to meet you!
