Using Your Whole Brain Better with Dr. Jerome Lubbe

Today we have the distinct honor of celebrating our 50TH EPISODE with Dr. Jerome Lubbe, the ONLY board certified functional neurologist in Atlanta.

Dr. Jerome specializes in complex, unresolved cases, and in general, teaches people how to use and strengthen their brain. Additionally, he is the author of Whole-Identity: A Brain-Based Enneagram Model for (W)holistic Human Thriving.

Dr. Jerome gets really vulnerable with us about why he became a doctor after being a patient for 20 years and suffering debilitating migraines during that time and still today. He shares that his goal is to help find everyone some sort of improvement in their pain.

We talk about how to remain hopeful, even when in terrible pain, and we ask him to explain in detail how our brains deal with fear. We discuss the difference in self-care and self-help, and, OF COURSE, we get his fascinating take on his own interpretation of the Enneagram and why none of us are just ONE type.
