Rock Creek Presbyterian Church

If you’ve ever wondered what the church I grew up in looks like, here it is. Rock Creek Presbyterian Church in Erwin, Tennessee, located in a beautiful valley just off the Appalachian trail. A church that boasts it’s beginning as being built with old lumber from a bar that had been torn down. It was a great place to grow up and a great place to go back to visit. I was thrilled when the pastor, Joan Gandy, asked me to take some photos of the building and the congregation on Easter Sunday. These will be used on the church’s new website and possibly a church directory. I hope you enjoy!
