Jessie & Mike had one of the sweetest weddings I’ve seen in awhile. They were married at a private property in Brooks, Georgia, and with the help of many family & friends, created all of the decor themselves.
Jessie let her girls pick a dress that they liked. She told me that she wanted them to be able to show off their awesome personalities, because they are each so fantastic in their own way!
Mike is a member of the talented band Sleepy Turtles, so we got a picture of all the guys.
Jessie’s sister Sarah created this amazing cake, which had one layer gluten free, one layer funfetti, and one layer blueberry muffin to go with the brunch theme.
For entertainment & dance music, Jessie & Mike invited a number of their super talented friends to sing a couple of songs each. This is Jessie’s brother Jo Jo of The Silver Comet singing during their first dance.
So as not to exclude anyone, Jessie & Mike kindly invited everyone to take part in the throwing of the bouquet, including all males/females, married or unmarried.
And, of course, no wedding exit would be complete without the couple getting annihilated by bird seed from their friends. And, yes, that’s my husband on the left.
